View Tasks

Procedure

1. Navigate to Menu > O&M Management > Task.
2. Click the appropriate tab to view corresponding tasks:
   1. If you need to view completed historical operation task logs and ongoing operation task logs, click Operation Task.
   2. If you need to view triggered high availability migration tasks, click HA Tasks.
   3. If you need to view scheduling execution history, results, and times, click Scheduling Task.

Filter Tasks

You can view task logs based on specific filtering criteria:

• Select or define a custom time range to view tasks within the selected or custom period.
• Filter tasks using list item filters, such as task results.
• Sort tasks by start time or end time.
• Search for tasks using the search box.
• Adjust the number of tasks displayed per page, with options of 10, 20, 50, or 100 tasks per page, and support pagination.

Pause/Continue Ongoing Operational Tasks

Procedure

1. Navigate to Menu > O&M Management > Task > Operation Task.
2. Select the task you want to suspend or resume, then click Actions > Pause/Continue.

Cancel Ongoing Operational Tasks

You can cancel operational tasks that are currently in progress. Note that only certain tasks support cancellation.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Menu > O&M Management > Task > Operation Task.
2. Select the task you want to cancel, then click Actions > Cancel.

Export Task

Procedure

1. Navigate to Menu > O&M Management > Task.
2. Select the tasks you want to export and click the corresponding tab.
3. Click Export, then choose to export Current Page or All.

Set Task Retention Period

Procedure

1. Navigate to Menu > System Management > System Parameters.
2. Click O&M Management to enter the O&M Management page.

   You can modify the following entries as needed: Management Node Log Retention Size, Management Node Log Retention Period, Operation Task Retention Period, and Auto-Scheduling Task Retention Period.

3. Select the entry you want to modify, then click the Edit icon to make changes.
